If you're wondering if we rent our facilities the answer is yes, we offer 1,300 square ft of space for event rental. This includes our live area, with side pavilion, kitchenette, waiting area, podcast studio and photography space. The night before you event we will have the space clean & ready for you to design how you like. Our minimum rental time is 3 hours. OUR BUILDING CAN FIT 85 PEOPLE MAX

SET UP AND CLEAN UP IS INCLUDED IN TIME RENTED. CLEAN UP MUST BE AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR TIME IS UP.
If vendors need to set up or deliver/pick up outside of the booked time block, prior approval must be obtained from Jaa Beatz the studio manager to ensure that the venue is available and staffed. If approved, an additional $75/hour fee will apply and be added to the final invoice .
Our OVERNIGHT FEE IS 150 A NIGHT.
WE WILL ONLY ALLOW 1 TOUR OF OUR FACILITIES, PLEASE BRING EVERYONE WHO NEEDS TO SEE THE SPACE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.
